Dog License Information letter
License fees: $10 per dog or $5 for each neutered or spayed dog.

To obtain a license for your dog: Send proof of current rabies vaccination, a self-addressed stamped envelope, and a check payable to:

Wisconsin State Statutes mandate that the owner of a dog more than 5 months of age on January 1, or 5 months of age within this year, shall obtain a license prior to April 1 or on or before the date the dog becomes five months of age.

NOTE: Late fees/fines are assessed beginning April 1st.   Late fee is $25.00 per dog.

If you no longer have a dog that was licensed in the town last year, please call the town treasurer to have the dog removed from our records.

Kennel Owners: Please call the town treasurer at 920-657-1213 to schedule an appointment to purchase a multiple dog license. The cost is $35 for 12 or fewer dogs and $3 for each additional dog.
