Burning Permits
A burning permit is required in the Town of Two Rivers any time you have an open fire if it is not contained in a burning barrel or a fire pit for campfires that is surrounded by rocks.
Burning permits are required year round. There is no cost for the permit, but if you fail to acquire one and the fire department is dispatched, you could receive a citation at the cost of $100.00(first offense) or $200.00(second offense) plus all court costs and assessments.
