Summer Road Work In The Town of Two Rivers

Hot oil seal coat with new black granite will be put down on the following roads this summer by Scott Construction--please be aware and allow them room to work:
Prairie Lane and Prairie Road
Shoto Road
Johnston Drive
Along with the Town Hall/Fire Department parking lot and Highway 42 shop lot.


Road Information-Culvert Repalacement:

Alfson Excavating will be doing various culvert replacements on town roads.  Please abide by any lane closure signs and pay attention to work crews as we want to keep them safe as they do their job.  Slow down when approaching any work zones.  There is not set schedule but we are doing 17 culverts throughout the town.   We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

Building Permit Information

If you are adding on to a home or garage, building a new home, adding a garage, looking to start a business on your property in the Town of Two Rivers, your first call should be to the Manitowoc County Planning and Zoning at 920-683-4185 to get any necessary applications for setback permits, variances, or conditional use permits.  They will ask you the right questions to determine what is needed.  They will also refer you to our Building Inspector.
